ABOUT THE POSITION
:
Your main job duties will include:
Oversee a commercial portfolio at a higher level (Office, Retail and Industrial)
Oversee and mentor Commercial Property Mangers and Property Administrators
Develop strong relationships with your subordinates, tenants, contractors, and vendors
Manage and provide direction to staff, which may include, but is not limited to administrators, property managers, and site staff
Conduct site visits with property managers and site staff
Review financial statements and budgets
Manage and help prioritize tenant service requests
Review leases, contracts and agreements as required
Ensure monthly service contracts are in place and are being completed in a timely and professional manner
Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs as required
When needed, assist and help manage tenant improvements
Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting
Manage annual budgeting process for the portfolio
THE REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience as a Director or VP of Property Management
Has experience leading a team and mentoring staff members
Has experience running a whole department at a higher level
Someone who is adaptable and can thrive in a fast paced environment
COMPENSATION:
$160,000 – $180,000 per year depending on experience
3-4 weeks vacation
