Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for organization, resident relations, and team support? URS Properties is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to help lead operations at Crescent Place Apartments, a vibrant multifamily community located in beautiful Savannah, GA.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in property performance and resident satisfaction, while supporting an experienced Community Manager and working within a high-performing, people-first team.

What You’ll Be Responsible **
Support the Community Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
Handle rent collection, daily deposits, and delinquency reporting
Assist with bookkeeping, notices, and resident communications
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, renewals, and applications
Step into the Manager role when needed to ensure continuity
Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents
Collaborate with the team on leasing, renewals, and community events
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies
What We’re Looking **
✔ 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field
✔ Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
✔ Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
✔ Proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
✔ Comfort with both administrative work and being out on-site
✔ Knowledge of leasing, rent collection, and resident retention
✔ A passion for creating a positive living experience for residents
