We are seeking motivated, competitive individuals eager to maximize their earning potential in the commercial real estate industry. As part of our team, you will prospect for new business, build strong client relationships, valuate opportunities, and negotiate transactions.
With over 25 years of industry experience, we provide newcomers with the expertise and support needed to navigate all aspects of the business and successfully complete deals across various asset types.
This is a commission only role

Ability to make cold calls
Facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions & fostering new business opportunities
Business development
Client relationship
Investment property analysis
Market research
Contract negotiation/closings
Energetic marketing of listed commercial properties
Communication with potential sellers/buyers/clients
Conduct showings of investment properties

Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, but not required
