They are looking for a motivated Analyst who will focus on asset management and acquisitions.
What Youll **
Strategic Asset * Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and financial models for existing assets, ensuring optimal performance and communication with partners.
Acquisition & Disposition *Evaluate investment opportunities through comprehensive financial modeling, market studies, and due diligence, preparing compelling investment memoranda.
Financial * Utilize advanced financial analysis and modeling skills (Argus, Excel) to forecast, reforecast, and track asset performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Collaborative *Work closely with internal teams, partners, brokers, and legal counsel to negotiate agreements and drive successful transactions.
Market * Monitor and report on market trends and fundamentals, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
What You ****
B.A./B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant real estate experience (investment banking/private equity experience considered).
Advanced financial modeling skills (Argus, Excel).
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
A collaborative team player with a passion for real estate.
