Position Overview:
This role requires an individual who is passionate about real estate. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, ensuring an outstanding client experience, and achieving sales targets, has strong interpersonal skills, and can effectively close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and direct marketing efforts.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Actively engage with clients to understand their property needs and match them with suitable options.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Valid driver’s license and access to Vehicle for property viewings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in property sales and rentals.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
