Purpose
Our General Practice Team act for a range of both landlord and tenant clients with a full range of commercial services including disposals / acquisitions, negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears.
We also undertake red book and non-red book valuations as required. The role will primarily include L&T and Valuation work but with some agency involvement. The successful candidate will service existing clients but will also be expected to generate new business. Key responsibilities include Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears Acting as Expert Witness at rent reviews and lease renewal disputes Undertaking red book and non-red book valuations as required Dealing with disposal and acquisition projects
Building relationships
with existing clients and targeting new clients / instructions Attending meetings with clients and the lease advisory team Detailed report writing Person Specification MRICS Qualified Several years’ experience of negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals Registered Valuer High degree of IT literacy Self-motivated & can work autonomously.
