We are seeking a dynamic individual who will manage a multi-family property near Limington, DE. As a Real Estate Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.

Ensure to consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
Responsible to manage financial aspects of the property inclusive of collections and budgeting.
Administer marketing plans and property showings to increase occupancy.
Develop high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
Coordinate proper maintenance to enhance the physical attractiveness of the property.
A minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
High School Diploma required.
Valid operator’s license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
