Commercial Real Estate company looking for a candidate responsible for the billing of all Tenants. Experience in Commercial Real Estate a big advantage. Knowledge of Commercial Retail Leases useful. Accounting Knowledge useful.

Common Area Maintenance a big advantage. Candidate will be responsible to make sure billing for 1600+ tenants are properly entered, and properly billed. We are currently transitioning from a legacy system to MRI Real Estate Software.
Experience with
MRI or Yardi very useful.
