As part of their expansion, they have created a newly created role for an experienced Real Estate Finance professional to play a key role in assessing, executing, and managing complex property finance transactions.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing property finance team and work on some of the market’s most dynamic property finance deals.
About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be at the heart of property finance transactions, from deal assessment to execution and portfolio management. You will manage client relationships, navigate complex credit processes, and ensure deals are structured to maximise returns while mitigating risk.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring effective due diligence, credit assessments, and structuring.
Monitor and manage investments, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
Assist in pricing and structuring loan products while leveraging financial modelling expertise.
Identify risks in transactions and implement strategies to mitigate them, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
Build and maintain deep relationships with corporate and private clients, third parties, and key stakeholders.
Identify and implement internal process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and investment opportunities to provide strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare investment memorandums, credit papers, and transaction documentation, presenting key findings to investment committees and investors.
Who We’re Looking For
2-5 years’ experience in real estate banking, funds management or similar.
Strong financial analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong team player with a collaborative approach.
Passion for the property sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property, Commerce, Law, Construction or similar.
