Role Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at Zarwah Developments, you will be the face of our company to valued clients and partners. Your primary responsibility is to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for investors, buyers, and key stakeholders. You will proactively understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and represent Zarwah’s brand values with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and new prospects.

Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate investment solutions.

Conduct property presentations, site tours, and follow-up meetings.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CRM, etc.).

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Assist clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to handover.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and Zarwah’s evolving portfolio.

Represent Zarwah Developments at networking events, exhibitions, and open houses.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in relationship management, real estate, or luxury sales.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-first mindset with a strong ability to build trust and rapport.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Presentable, professional, and highly motivated.

UAE real estate market experience is preferred.
