All this growth has triggered the need to hire an expert finance professional into their expanding company.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be dynamic and proactive in your approach with a commercial mindset.

The candidate will need to be adaptable with a efficiencies being at the forefront of your thinking.

Ideally this person would be a qualified finance professional. They should have worked within Property or Real Estate sector and would be advantageous to have experience of fast growing SME’s or Start-up environments. They should be comfortable interacting with the management team but equally able to ‘roll up their sleeves’ when needed.

This really is a role that you can put your own stamp on. Importantly, the business is looking for a candidate to grow and progress with the company to help them achieve their strategic plan.

Your Mission

Reporting to one of the dynamic Founders, You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You will work closely with the rest of the senior management team and the business to drive financial performance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of the day to day running of the finance function:

Lead the finance department, overseeing financial operations, accounting processes, and the finance team.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Manage the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis, and year-end financial reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Work closely with senior management to develop and control the company’s annual budget.

Provide strategic recommendations to the Founder and members of the executive management team.

Manage cash flow and forecasting, develop a reliable cash flow projection process, and reporting mechanism.

Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.

Analyse and manage risk, including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks.

Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, offering insights and financial advice that will allow the company to make informed business decisions.

Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
