Responsibilities:
Conduct financial modeling for acquisitions, rehabilitations, and ground-up developments.
Support the negotiation and securing of debt and equity financing.
Perform detailed market research and due diligence (financial, demographic, regulatory).
Coordinate lender, investor, and government communications for project closings.
Assist with tax credit, bond, and public funding applications.
Work closely with internal development, construction, and asset management teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in real estate development, investment, or finance.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and cross-functionally.
Passion for real estate and community impact; prior exposure to affordable housing, LIHTC, or tax-exempt bond financing is a plus.
