We are currently working with a leading investment boutique specialising in flexible real estate investments across the capital structure. We are looking for an Investment Professional with 5+ years of experience within Real Estate Special Situations/Distressed Investments to join the team with path to a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Private Equity and Private Debt transactions and manage due diligence processes.
Monitor investments, as well as identifying and addressing portfolio risks.
Participate in board meetings and lender forums.
Lead or participate in restructuring discussions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience within distressed/special situations real estate investments, or related field.
Fluent in French and English.
Strong analytical skills ad proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Proven track record in private debt and private equity transactions.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
