We are seeking a talented real estate development analyst & administrator to play a key role in supporting our growth strategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze potential development sites and coordinate the development process
• Assist in identifying new markets and investment opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion strategy.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with external partners, including architects, contractors, and legal professionals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions, including maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Track and manage permits, zoning applications, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting potential risks and solutions.
• Assist senior management with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate development, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate markets in Ohio is preferred.
• Experience with real estate software tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
