Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Real Estate, based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and closing real estate deals. Daily tasks include conducting market research, showcasing properties, negotiating sales contracts, and staying updated with the real estate market trends. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales and a thorough understanding of the real estate market

Proficiency in market research and client relationship management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with legal guidelines and best practices in real estate

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Experience in the UAE real estate market is required
