Client Consultation & Sales
Connect with potential buyers and investors.
Understand client needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
Present and explain project details, payment plans, and developer benefits.
Guide clients through the booking and sales process, ensuring smooth transactions.
Market & Project Knowledge
Stay updated on Dubai’s latest off-plan projects, developers, and market trends.
Develop in-depth knowledge of different master communities, their advantages, and future prospects.
Educate clients on the benefits of investing in off-plan properties, such as capital appreciation and flexible payment plans.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Proactively reach out to leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain and update a CRM with client interactions and follow-up strategies.
Convert leads into successful sales by building long-term relationships.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate terms with developers and clients to secure the best deals.
Assist clients with legal documentation, contracts, and payment processes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service.
Networking & Business Development
Build strong relationships with property developers, brokers, and investors.
Attend real estate expos, networking events, and developer launches to stay ahead in the market.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
✔ Sales Experience: Prior experience in real estate or a high-performance sales role.
✔ Strong Communication: Ability to confidently present and negotiate with clients.
✔ Market Awareness: Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate sector and off-plan projects.
✔ Customer-Centric Approach: Building trust and long-term relationships with investors.
