Sales Consultant Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at The Capital Avenue Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on market trends.

Guide clients through the entire sales process.

Schedule and conduct property viewings.

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.

Maintain an up-to-date CRM and manage client relationships.

Stay informed about legal requirements and real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

Must have the following:

Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate.

Knowledge and understanding of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market.

Various skills (telemarketing, negotiation, communication, selling, etc.).

Ability to demonstrate excellence in Property Consulting.

Strong ability to close deals (high and low tickets).

Professional Clientele Management (start to finish).

Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar sales role (real estate experience preferred).

Real estate license (required or willing to obtain, depending on jurisdiction).

Goal-driven with a passion for sales and property.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software.

Knowledge of real estate documentation process requirements.

Arabic / English Speaking & Writing.

Driver’s License.
