Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
Handle complex healthcare M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring deals, and drafting transactional documents.
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to structure and negotiate real estate and M&A deals.
Conduct legal research on real estate, healthcare, and M&A issues, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Draft and review a variety of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
Assist clients with regulatory issues related to healthcare M&A, including compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, working alongside tax, litigation, and other specialists as necessary.
Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and communications with opposing counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or healthcare M&A.
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Familiarity with healthcare M&A, including regulatory issues, due diligence, and structuring.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal concepts.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Active membership in the state bar.
