The Jazz Drummondville residence is looking for a Rental Advisor to fill a permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week, daytime from 9 to 5 and weekends as needed.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
Prepare information packets for customers
Prepare rental activity reports and process renewal requests on demand
Update different administrative forms and documents
Manage customer inquiries
Make appointments
Respond to residents’ needs quickly and efficiently
Prepare rental contracts
The ideal person has :
Customer service approach
Proven ability to sell
Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
Autonomy and discretion
Good sense of organization
Good management of priorities and adaptability
Concern for the well-being of seniors
Required qualifications :
Training in the field of real estate (mandatory)
A minimum of one year of experience in the field of real estate (rental) Mandatory
Ease in the use of computer tools
Good sense of interpersonal communication
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
A good working knowledge of sales techniques
Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
