Job Descriptions :
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking referrals and social media.
Introduce and pitch all kind of property products to client to generate sales.
Administer and maintain customers/clients records in database.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients and attend to clients’ queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Business Development and relevant departments to ensure plans and initiatives are well supported.
Prepare weekly to monthly report with sales progress execution and mitigation strategy, and initiate reviews for the report.
Job Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in selling product / services.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the real estate industry.
