Compensation:
$70,000 – $100,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings with clients to comprehend their property requirements and identify suitable real estate options
Prepare essential paperwork such as representation agreements and engage in contract negotiations
Participate in monthly open houses and networking events to enhance sales prospects
Provide continuous support and guidance to clients with utmost care and respect
Actively seek out new customers through daily networking and prospecting activities
Aid 30 to 50 buyer clients annually throughout the home-buying process
Maintain a full-time schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends
Demonstrate accountability in all assigned tasks
Foster a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere
Qualifications:
A Residential Real Estate license is required or actively pursuing
Proficient use of technology and various software tools
Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs in person and over the phone
High School Diploma
Show good organizational and time management skills
Some weekend and evening hours required
You will need to dress appropriately, business casual
Owning your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Having a clean criminal record is a must to be licensed in Real Estate
Be trustworthy and honest- respecting the office rules and our policy/procedures
This is not a 9-5 job, so an open schedule is required
