The Lease Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of the companys commercial lease portfolio. This role ensures lease compliance, maintains accurate lease records, and coordinates with internal departments and external stakeholders to support real estate operations and decision-making.
Key *
Review, abstract, and maintain accurate records of lease agreements and related documents.
Track key lease terms, critical dates (renewals, expirations, options, rent escalations), and obligations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries from internal teams (Legal, Accounting, Operations, etc.).
Ensure timely rent payments, reconciliations, and proper allocation of lease-related costs.
Coordinate with landlords and property managers on lease administration matters such as notices, maintenance issues, and audits.
Assist with lease renewals, amendments, terminations, and relocations.
Maintain and update the lease database and document management system.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports on lease status, occupancy, and financial obligations.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate operations.
Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and legal documents.
Proficiency in lease management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Visual Lease) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
