Compensation:
$85,000 – $167,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with potential leads consistently to increase sales opportunities
Work closely with buyer and seller clients to comprehend their specific home preferences and requirements in order to successfully finalize deals
Provide exceptional service and advice using a consultative approach to nurture strong client relationships, resulting in repeat business and referrals
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process efficiently
Qualifications:
In the process of obtaining a real estate license or close to completing the state exam
Strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
