Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Recruiter located in St. Augustine, Florida with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting real estate professionals, conducting interviews and evaluations, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining candidate relationships. The role also involves collaborating with management to understand staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
Qualifications
Experience in sourcing and attracting real estate professionals
Interviewing and evaluation skills
