Position Details:
Entry Level: Ideal for fresh graduates with real estate internship experience.
Maximum Experience: 1 year.
Responsibilities:
Analytics and Strategy: Support the acquisition team with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Financial Modeling: Develop forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc models for hotel acquisitions, and prepare supporting materials.
Communication: Engage extensively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project alignment.
Persistence: Proactively follow up with team members and external contacts to obtain required answers and information.
Qualifications:
Internships: Experience in real estate private equity, particularly in hospitality.
Strong GPA: 3.7 or higher. Demonstrated academic excellence, including high rankings and positive mid-year reviews.
