What You’ll *
Be the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct tours and show off the community
Follow up on leads and convert them into leases
Keep leasing files, guest cards, and lead trackers up to date
Ensure model units and community spaces are always show-ready
Help with renewals and retention efforts
Provide top-notch customer service to residents and prospects
Support day-to-day office needs and collaborate with the property team
What We’re Looking *
✔ Strong customer service skills—experience is a plus but not required
✔ Comfortable communicating clearly in person, over the phone, and by email
✔ Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
✔ Team-oriented, motivated, and professional
✔ Must be comfortable walking the property, climbing stairs, and handling basic physical tasks
✔ Bi-lingual skills and software experience (Yardi, Knock, Outlook) are a plus

• High school diploma or current college enrollment preferred
• Must be friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and ADA regulations a plus (we’ll train!)
