Mentorship and Training – Engage in training sessions, role-playing, and demonstrations of top industry practices with guidance from an experienced agent.

Generating Leads – Implement our PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis to enhance your skills in attracting potential clients.

Hosting Open Houses – Utilize your friendly demeanor and our effective support strategies to conduct open houses that draw in both buyers and sellers.

Effective Communication – Master and apply relationship-building techniques to transform conversations into meaningful appointments.

Script Practice – Participate in weekly script training sessions to refine your skills within a collaborative learning environment.

Collaborative Teamwork – Engage in dynamic team activities that build a strong sense of unity and belonging.

Coaching and Development – Benefit from weekly coaching, interactive training, and Partner Calls to share insights and learn from peers, supporting your professional growth.

Client Consultation – Employ proven systems and technology to expertly guide buyers through the home-buying process with confidence.

Home Selection Process – Identify properties that align with clients’ needs and secure signed agreements, helping them find their ideal home.

Negotiation Skills – Use established scripts and techniques to negotiate offers, achieving win-win outcomes that surpass client expectations.

Support Services – Leverage our support team to handle 75% of the tasks typically required of a Buyer’s Agent, streamlining the transaction process.
