Role Description
This is a per job on-site role for a Licensed Home Inspector located in New York, NY. The Licensed Home Inspector will perform thorough property inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, and prepare detailed inspection reports. The inspector will communicate findings to clients clearly, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to new business development with professional service.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Property Inspections and general Inspection tasks
Experience in Property Management and maintaining property standards
Proficiency in Customer Service and effective communication skills
Experience in New Business Development is a plus
Licensed Home Inspector with relevant certifications
Ability to work on-site and independently in New York, NY
