Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Real Estate & Operations Analyst to support our expanding portfolio. This role will involve real estate asset management, property operations, financial analysis, vendor coordination, and support for construction and acquisition efforts — including within our sports and wellness division. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to take on varied responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) models, to evaluate property performance, acquisitions, and capital projects

Support real estate asset and property management functions, including budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking

Coordinate with vendors and contractors; assist in budgeting and overseeing construction and renovation projects

Conduct ad hoc site visits to properties to ensure operational efficiency, maintenance standards, and overall presentation

Help source and evaluate new acquisition opportunities across real estate and sports/wellness sectors — including golf courses, racquet clubs, and other recreational assets

Assist in the operations and business development of existing sports and wellness clubs

Perform market research and prepare investment memos, decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with a small, experienced team to support all aspects of the business with flexibility and initiative

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field

2+ years of relevant experience in real estate, operations, or investment analysis

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis, etc.)

Comfortable working directly with vendors and managing timelines and budgets

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Able to travel for periodic property visits as needed

Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with real estate financial modeling, property management, and asset management

Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and ability to create and analyze financial statements

Strong budgeting and variance analysis skills

Interest in sports, wellness, and recreational industries

Interest in investments and general finance

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
