About the role
This role will support the execution of transactions within the Real Estate teams mandate and will contribute to devising and refining an investment strategy for Australia/NZ together with the Partners and VP’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities in this role will include:
Complete detailed due diligence and financial modelling on selected Investments;
Financial modelling / DD / recommendations
Develop and execute a regional investment strategy from origination to exit;
Establish and manage relationships to gain access to potential transactions;
About you
Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where change is inevitable. Ideally, you will have:
2-4 years of Buy side experience in the ANZ Real Estate markets; Sell side with a Bulge Brackets Real Estate team will also be of interest
Significant experience in origination and transaction execution of Real Estate assets;
Highly developed Financial modelling skills
Strong commercial acumen coupled with analytical skills;
Strong project execution and operations management skills;
Strategic thinking skills.
