Responsibilities
Property Maintenance and Inspections:
Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of properties under management.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance for properties.
Ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Tenant Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding concerns, requests, and maintenance issues.
Assist in tenant selection, ensuring that applicants meet rental criteria.
Ensure leases are signed, renewed, and filed correctly.
Manage tenant complaints and resolve disputes professionally.
Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on late payments.
Lease Administration:
Administer lease agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are enforced.
Handle lease renewals, terminations, and other related administrative duties.
Negotiate lease terms with tenants and landlords as necessary.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring that operational costs remain within approved limits.
Ensure that rent is collected on time and manage accounting records for each property.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of properties, including rental income, expenses, and profitability.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Property Management
Negotiation skills and pleasing personality
Excellent English communication skills
valid drivers license
Amenable to start immediately
