Position: Associate Attorney (Commercial Real Estate)

Companies with substantial real estate assets
The team handles project development and acquisitions along with the formation of joint ventures and development programs
The practice is heavily focused on energy transition, industrial, multifamily, and retail sectors

Candidates must have at least six years of complex commercial real estate experience from within a peer AmLaw firm
Experience must include acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial properties.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the development of unimproved real estate for commercial use
Experience with renewable energy, leasing, development, and/or joint-venture transactions is highly preferred
Candidates must have experience reviewing title, survey, and other due diligence matters
Admission to the TX State Bar or the ability to waive into the TX State Bar is required
