Role Description
This is a independent contractor (full-time/ part time) role for a Real Estate Specialist at Legends Realty in Lake Mary, FL. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to real estate, customer service, real estate development, sales, and managing real property on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Real Estate and Real Estate Development skills
Sales and Customer Service experience
Ability to manage people and real-life scenarios effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Real Estate license in Florida is required
