Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, including managing contracts, leases, property listings, and databases while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

You will assist agents, brokers, and clients by coordinating schedules, documents, and communication.

Strong organizational skills, proficiency in real estate software, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Experience in real estate administration is preferred.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate administration.

• Familiarity with Property Finder and Bayut.

• Proficiency in office applications.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of real estate regulations (a plus).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
