Property Manager – Hartford, CT

Position **
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of commercial properties in Hartford, CT. This role ensures buildings are well-maintained, cost-effective, and tenant satisfaction is prioritized. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leasing, construction, finance, and maintenance teams while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and service providers.
Key *
Oversee property operations, maintenance, and financial performance.
Manage service provider contracts, competitive bidding, and vendor performance.
Ensure compliance with lease terms, property policies, and safety regulations.
Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance.
Facilitate tenant move-ins/move-outs and address tenant concerns.
Assist with onboarding newly acquired properties.
Approve invoices, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate property records.
Provide regular reports to upper management on property performance and issues.

5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management.
Strong knowledge of Yardi, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Property Management certification is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
Work Environment & **
Standard office environment with on-site property visits required.
Regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with on-call responsibilities.
Occasional work outside normal hours may be required.
