Real Estate Analyst – Acquisitions and Development Jobs in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA at Leeds Professional Resources
We are a privately held real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and management of multifamily assets across the U.S. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Asset Manager to support the ongoing performance and growth of our multifamily portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team and gain exposure to all aspects of asset management, including operations, financial performance, capital planning, and investment strategy.
Key **
Oversee the performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets in collaboration with property management teams
Monitor property-level financials, including budget-to-actual performance, variance analysis, and rent collections
Assist in the preparation of asset-level business plans, operating budgets, and capital improvement strategies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform leasing strategies and pricing decisions
Prepare internal reporting packages and updates for senior leadership and investors
Coordinate with third-party property managers, leasing agents, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency
Track capital projects and renovations to ensure completion on budget and on time
Support acquisition and disposition efforts as needed through underwriting and transition planning

Bachelor’s degree required
2–4 years of experience in real estate asset management, operations, acquisitions, or finance—preferably with a focus on multifamily
Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of property-level financial statements (P&L, rent rolls, budgets)
Proficiency in Excel;
Argus experience a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
