Our client is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join their team! They are seeking a candidate well versed in financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and underwriting for potential property acquisitions
Preparing detailed cash flow modelling and development pro-formas
Draft partnership agreements, purchase agreements, waivers and amendments
Research market data, trends, and comparable transactions
Assist with the due diligence process for acquisitions
Prepare internal reports for presentation of new opportunities
Additional duties as directed
Requirements:
3 years of experience
Bachelors degree
