Monitor and control lease terms and conditions and address any deviations or issues.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with leases, such as lease expirations, rent increases, or changes in local regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper handling of trases licenses for new deals and renewals
Manage tenancy contracts for new and existing stores.
