Your Role on our Team:
The Property Relations Administrator assists the leasing team with administrative tasks and maintains relationships with our third-party property management partner. They also provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
In this role, you will:
Conducts competitive rental rate research
Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as required
Other duties within the job’s scope, spirit, and purpose, as requested by management
Prepares and updates suite vacancy and leasing reports
Prepares monthly accounting and leasing reports
Assists in planning project and community events
Prepares Leaseback Program amendments via Docu Sign
Liaises with third-party property and condominium managers
Assists in planning and organizing community engagement projects and events
Conducts post-occupancy inspections to ensure units are ready for purchaser turnover
Review sales files for accuracy and obtain required documentation
Maintains & updates marketing and sales reports as required
Attends and participates in leasing and sales meetings
We would like you to have:
Post-secondary education or college diploma is required in a relevant field
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required
Experience with in property management and/or residential home building will be considered an asset
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
