This team is comprised on sharp and diverse individuals, with senior leadership coming from top firms in the country and seeking an Investment Associate and Acquisitions Associate to support their active deal flow for a summer start.
Ideal candidates are current Investment Banking Analyst with 2 years of experience in Real Estate, or current Private Equity Associates targeting lateral positions.
Key **
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation of real estate assets.
Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, property inspections, and market assessments.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate investments.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment strategies and execute transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
2-4 years of experience in private equity, real estate investment, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
