We are currently looking for a BILINGUAL (only) Property Manager to oversee the Lease-Up of a 350-unit, brand new construction, lease-up property in the Kissimmee area. The property is A++ market rate. The position will supervise a total staff of 8. Base salary target is $95K to $105K base salary plus 20% bonus potential.
To be qualified, you must have at least 7 total years of multifamily property management experience with at least 2 full years as a Property Manager on class A, market-rate properties. Bilingual (Spanish) is required. Lease-up experience is strongly preferred.
