opportunity to
join our dynamic team
as a Property Inspector. This is a full-time, maternity cover position located in Brighton & Worthing. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
The salary is OTE £25,000 – £29,000 subject to passed probation. Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
Conduct routine property inspections Producing and sending property reports to landlords / property managers Reporting maintenance issues Answering inspection phone line / assisting with overflow phone calls Getting keys ready for the next day Adhoc admin tasks when required Assisting management with additional tasks when required We’re not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
We’re looking individuals with qualities such as:
Prior experience in property management is preferable but not essential. Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and
communication skills
, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities. Computer literate and comfortable using a suite of software used to carry out and manage daily responsibilities. Great
