**Responsibilities:**
– Market and sell residential and commercial properties, both within the UAE and internationally, with a focus on Spain.
– Communicate and build professional relationships with potential clients and investors.
– Provide real estate consultations tailored to clients’ needs, helping them achieve their investment goals.
– Monitor the market and analyze real estate trends, as well as competing projects.
– Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
**Required Qualifications:**
– A minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of the local and international real estate market (experience in Spain is a plus).
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish or Chinese is an advantage.
– Ability to work well within a team and achieve results.
