Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and joint ventures.
Represent a diverse clientele, including lenders, operators, and investors, in transactions that span national and international markets.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including our Transactional Tax Planning, Insolvency and Restructuring, and Affordable Housing and Community Development practices, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Advise clients on market trends, regulatory requirements, and innovative financing options.
Provide strategic counsel on structuring investments to maximise returns and mitigate risks.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current admission to the Texas State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
Extensive experience in commercial real estate law, with a proven track record of handling high-value, sophisticated transactions.
Expertise in areas such as syndicated lending, structured lending, private equity, joint ventures, and affordable housing development.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering collaboration and mentorship within the team.
