Salary Benefits

$50,000-$65,000 based on experience.

Compensation:

$50,000 – $65,000

Responsibilities:

Maintain the office culture and service standards to ensure high satisfaction levels among agents and clients, fostering business growth and increasing referrals

Develop, implement, and oversee systems related to sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support

Keep operational manuals updated to document all systems and standards effectively

Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for new agents and administrative staff

Manage payroll, maintain financial records, oversee the budget, and generate financial reports

Supervise all contract processes from initiation to closure

Monitor and assess weekly goals to ensure accountability for office and agent success

Coordinate team schedules and vendor visits efficiently

Master, oversee, and implement systems used to track client contracts from listing to closing stages

Supervise and implement administrative and marketing processes to support agents’ achievements

Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and boost profitability

Qualifications:

Must be highly service-oriented and dedicated to supporting both agents and clients effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for maintaining clear and consistent communication among team members

Exceptional organizational and project management skills are required to ensure smooth operations

A self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, seeks solutions proactively and remains calm under pressure

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is a must

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective team management

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused on task completion

Confidence in handling interactions with clients and agents

Driven to succeed and take on increased responsibilities, benefits, and compensation

Living in or near York Region is a mandatory requirement

Previous experience in office administration and management is necessary

Experience working for a Real Estate Brokerage is considered a valuable asset
