The Role
We are seeking a Broker who will serve as the cornerstone of our team, driving both operational excellence and strategic growth. This role requires a leader capable of blending operational oversight with business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and demonstrate versatility in managing a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
Prospect and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants through network, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
Oversee the execution of the companys strategic plan and develop best practices for company-wide uniformity and excellence.
Execute comprehensive property evaluations on behalf of clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
Manage and coordinate all essential appointments, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Supervise transaction processes to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Act as a liaison between client, vendors, and team members.
Manage the end-to-end listing process, property preparation, and coordination of showings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Real estate background preferred.
Must be a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson or obtain the license within 6 months of employment..
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional leadership qualities and team management experience.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Proficiency in project management software, Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience or a strong background in customer service is highly desirable.

Pay
