THE OPPORTUNITY

As National Sales Director, you’ll spearhead our product sales initiative, leading business development and revenue growth for our comprehensive LED lighting, systems, and controls portfolio. You’ll build lasting partnerships with general contractors, developers, and institutional procurement teams while delivering high-yield sustainability solutions at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive strategic revenue expansion through development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth targets

Foster and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors, developers, and procurement teams through direct, face-to-face engagement

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, mastering LED lighting systems, controls, and equipment specifications

Analyze construction drawings and develop tailored product recommendations and quotations that maximize value

Build strategic manufacturer and distributor relationships to ensure competitive advantage

Track market dynamics and competitor movements to inform strategic decisions

Collaborate across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive teams to ensure seamless delivery and strategic alignment

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

5+ years of proven sales success, preferably in construction, lighting, or related industries

Experience selling to general contractors, subcontractors, institutional-scale procurement, commercial real estate, facilities, lighting, and electrical industries. 

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in high-performance environments

Experience working with construction drawings and developing detailed product specifications

Deep technical knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and equipment

Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities

Track record of independently managing full sales cycles

Commitment to excellence, integrity, and extreme ownership

Must be detail oriented and disciplined

Four-year degree in relevant field or equivalent industry experience

WHAT WE OFFER

Uncapped earnings potential: $175,000 – $350,000+ (base salary + performance bonus)
