We’re Hiring: Head of Investment.
Dan Co. is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Investment to spearhead the strategic execution of asset investments and acquisitions across our rapidly growing portfolio. In this role, you will lead high-impact investment decisions—identifying and capitalizing on high-potential opportunities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the department’s vision, strategy, and KPIs.
Mentor and inspire a high-performing team—promoting growth, agility, and accountability.
Set annual budgets and manage investment resources with discipline and foresight.
Build bridges across Strategy, Development, and Finance for seamless execution.
Drive the development of our long-term investment portfolio strategy.
Lead acquisition and divestment processes—from sourcing to closing.
Oversee deep-dive feasibility studies, financial models (NPV, IRR), and investment memorandums.
Evaluate asset performance and drive enhancements based on data, insight, and strategic fit.
Ensure all investments meet rigorous governance, risk, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Development & Finance to track cash flow, project returns, and capital deployment.
Oversee reporting and variance analysis to guide tactical adjustments and improve outcomes.
Bring clarity to complex projects with data-backed storytelling for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Master’s (MBA or equivalent) preferred
10 years in investment management, real estate, private equity, or related sectors as minimum.
5+ years of proven leadership and strategic influence
Strong exposure to hospitality and/or real estate investments is a major plus
Strong English skills required.
