The Role
You won’t be held back here. You’ll be taking a lead role in complex transactional matters, *
Acquisitions and *advising clients on the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential properties.
structuring and negotiating real estate financing transactions.
*** representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.
This position offers exposure to a broad range of commercial projects, from shopping centers and large residential developments to industrial units and urban renewal initiatives.

Who Were Looking For
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Ability to lead on transactional matters and manage client relationships effectively.
Maryland bar license required.
