Journey is working with several clients seeking remote shipper-facing sales reps who have experience as freight brokers and are comfortable hunting new business.

Fully Remote
60-80k base salary + commission
Applicants must have previous experience building a Book of Business at a freight brokerage.
Please be prepared to speak to your sales metrics and BoB in your most recent role.
We are not expecting candidates to transition their book of business; however, our clients do require 1-2 years of previous experience in shipper-facing sales/building an organic book of business.
